Making a Terrarium // ASMR

  • Жарияланды 2017 ж. 16 Нау.
  • Since the last project was so intense and took quite some time from the idea do the finished piece and video, I decided to make a relaxing video and provide you a more natural and calmly paced moment.
I felt like the end result was kind of an ASMR video.
    Hope you enjoy!

Being a woodworker myself I really enjoy the creativity that goes into your woodworking projects . This terrarium is also very creative and amazingly cool . WELL DONE. !!! The video definitely conveyed an emotional feel good sensation on a cerebral and psychological level. Definitely ASMR ! ( Autonomous sensory meridian response. ). 👍

Just had the idea to make mini moss terrariums that feature some of my favorite rocks i've collected over the years. Thank you so much for sparking this inspiration!

Before you guys think of using wild collected mosses and plants for terrariums or other things ...
They will die very quickly because can't thrive in that kind of environment . Temperature - humidity - light - air circulation ... even in professional made terrarium is very hard to keep wild mosses and plants . Don't waste your time collecting wild plants .. acquarium plants are much more useful and will be easier to find and to keep .
Many of them grow emersed , with good light and humidity won't have problems to grow in your terrarium , actually it's easier to keep them emersed than submerged ..

hendrix lange my comment was an advice to people like you that probably have never had experiences on try to keeping wild moss in vivariums / terrariums . It wasn't rude or inappropriate ( in my opinion ) , you have right to use wild collected moss in your vivarium/terrarium .

really a beautiful terrarium. So, can I make a terrarium without worms, spingtails, etc.? It's very good because I'm quite afraid when I close animals and bugs in a close system!
I'm Italian, I apologyze for any mistake.

this is obviously just a fun project, but as a terrarium maker i would suggest getting a nice heightened leave plant in there :) there's a loy if unused space on the upper halve and a bigger plant would make it look of a whole differend level :) good video!

You didn't seal the lid with silicon or some other nonporous material. your terrarium will lose moisture and will require maintenance to stay alive which defeats the purpose
